Who May Be Referred?

You are only allowed to refer individuals with whom you have a pre-existing personal relationship. You may not obtain names for referral from group email addresses or email mailing lists and you cannot submit yourself for this referral Bonus.

Spamming

We strictly forbid the sending of unsolicited e-mail to numerous recipients ("spamming") and any user who spams other Internet users for referral Bonuses will have his or her referral link immediately and permanently terminated.

We are committed to providing a convenient and secure lending service and we are committed to do this without the nuisance of unsolicited email. This is something we feel strongly about and vigorously monitor referrals for spam abuse.

Bonus Requirements

For each friend that you refer to CashLine who receives a loan, we will deposit a Bonus, under the following guidelines, to your checking account. A customer will only be deemed to have been referred for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions if:

1. They are not a CashLine user at the time of the Referral.
2. They apply for and are approved to receive a CashLine loan.

For all referrals, you must have a CashLine account in good standing.

Bonus Amount and Delivery

The Referral Bonus is $25 per first loan opened. For each new account you refer, you are only eligible to receive one Bonus. This referral Bonus payment will be electronically deposited into your checking account on the next business day.
